Don’t know where to eat? This new tool can make your decision for you
Introduced by Yiqi Lin
Choosing which restaurant to eat can be difficult and time-consuming, especially for the indecisive. Websites like Yelp, TripAdvisor and Zomato are meant to help you find a place to eat, but offer so many options that it can become overwhelming.
Eat Easy, a project developed by UC Berkeley Data-X student Yiqi Lin, can help solve this problem. The tool uses information such as your willingness to travel, your food preferences and the time of day to pick out the one personalized restaurant choice for you.
Because Eat Easy is tailored specifically to your preferences, you can’t go wrong. The tool also stores your past restaurant choices and generates new recommendations with its decision-making algorithm whenever you need one.
